Armenian boxers have come out at Liventcev tournament

The international boxing tournament after Liventcev has kicked off in Minsk, Belarus.

In the first day of competition, Karen Tonakanyan (60kg), Gor Yeritcyan, Vladimir Margaryan (69kg) and Rafael Simonyan (91kg) competed. Karen Tonakanyan (60kg) lost 2:1 to Tajikistan’s representative. Rafael Simonyan conceded with the same score to a boxer of Tunisia. After draw 2 boxers of Armenia competed with each other in the 1/8 finals. Vladimir Margaryan (69kg) defeated 3:0 Gor Yeritcyan.

Nikol Arutyunov (81kg), Henrikh Sargsyan and Vladimir Margaryan who has qualified for the final will compete on February 3. The Liventcev tournament is attended by 100 boxers from 16 countries of the world.
