The European Diving championship is underway in Kiev, Ukraine.

In the men’s 3m springboard competition Armenia was represented by Vardan Bayanduryan.

In the qualification round the Armenian diver placed 21st with 321.75 points among 32 participants and dropped out of the competition.

The best 12 divers participated in the final.

Russian Evgenii Kuznetsov became the winner with 499.45 points, German Patrick Hausding won the silver medal with 456. 85 points and Brittish James Healty – the bronze medal (439.90).
