From August 30th to September 4th French Macon will host the Junior World Wrestling Championship.
Armenia will be represented by the following Greco-Roman wrestlers; Sergey Simonyan (50kg), Edgar Tamazyan (55kg), Gevorg Khumaryan (60kg), Malkhas Amoyan (66kg), Arman Baghdasaryan (74kg) and Edgar Khachatryan (120kg).
In freestyle wrestling our representatives will be Arman Antonyan (50kg), Mkhitar Grigoryan (55kg), Harutyun Barseghyan (60kg), Hakob Avetisyan (66kg), Tigran Mnatskanyan (74kg) and Sargis Hovsepyan (96kg).
The Greco-Roman wrestlers, who are already in Macon led by head coach Armen Babalaryan, will compete first. The freestyle wrestlers will leave for the competition place on 1st September accompanied by head coach Avetik Vardanyan.
