Greco-Roman wrestlers conducting a training camp with Bulgaria’s and Venezuela’s teams

The Armenian Greco-Roman wrestling team is conducting a training camp preparing for the Olympic Games with the Venezuela and Bulgaria national teams.

Team’s Head Coach Levon Julfalakyan said that the training camp is aimed at a general physical preparedness. “The tournament which will be held in Italy is also a means of preparing for the Olympics. After it we will continue practising in Crimea and Belarus,” Julfalakyan noted.
The team’s training camp has kicked off on May 11 and will end on May 25.
At the 31st Olympic Games Armenia will be represented by the following Greco-Roman wrestlers – Mihran Harutyunyan (66kg), Arsen Julfalakyan (75kg), Maksim Manukyan (85kg) and Artur Aleksanyan (98kg).
