The Armenian chess leader Levon Aronyan has preserved his position in the FIDE rating list. In the November rating list Aronyan places the 7th as the previous month. The leader of the rating list is the World champion Magnus Carlsen. Among the best players are also Veselin Topalov, Vishi Anand, Vladimir Kramnik, Hikaru Nakamura, Fabiano Caruana, Ding Liren, Anish Girin and Uesli So.

The Armenian representatives Gabriel Sargsyan and Sergey Movsisyan are also among the best 100 players.
