Armenia’s basketball team has one less opponent

In June this year Armenia’s male basketball team is going to participate in the European Championship for Small Countries.
The number of participant countries has been reduced by one as Monaco has refused to take part in the championship. Therefore, in group B Armenia will compete with 3 teams instead of 4 – Moldova, Andorra and Wales. The best two teams will reach the semifinals.
Armenia’s basketball team will take part in the European Championship for the first time.
