Minsk 2019: Artur Davtyan becomes champion at vault

Gymnast Artur Davtyuan won a gold medal in the vault exercise of the 2nd European Games.

The finals of the separate apparatus were held on the last day of the European Games underway in Minsk, Belarus.

Artur Davtyan participated in the finals of the vault and floor exercises. At vault Artur scored 15.016 points and became a champion.

Russia’s Dmitri Lankin took the silver medal (14.733) and Ukraine’s Igor Radivilov – the bronze one (14.649).

In the floor exercise Artur Davyan placed 6th with 13.466 points.

On June 29 Davtyan had participated in the all-around final and had come 5th with 83․632 points.

Today Vahagn Davtyan has become a silver medalist at rings scoring 14.766 points.
