The Armenia freestyle wrestling team has set off for Kiev where on May 10 the 23rd Outstanding Ukrainian Wrestlers and Coaches Memorial kicks off.
Vaghinak Matevosyan (57 kg), Valodya Frangulyan (65 kg), Varuzhan Kajoyan (74 kg), Hovhannes Mkhitaryan (86 kg), Sargis Hovsepyan (97 kg), Arman Mkrtchyan (97 kg) and Andranik Galstyan (125 kg) have left for the tournament led by head coach Habetnak Kurghinyan.
Team coach Edgar Yenokyan as well as judge Gevorg Harutyunyan have joined the team. The tournament will be over on May 12.
They are created in part with metals from recycled cell phones and other small electronics.
Ferdinand Karapetyan had started the competition from the 1/16 finals.

Armenia will be represented by five wrestlers.
The European Artistic Gymnastics Individual Championship continues in Szczecin
