In round 7 of the European Team Chess Championship Armenia’s men’s chess team beat Poland’s team. In this round triumphed Levon Aronyan and Sergey Movsisyan. Gabriel Sargsyan and Hrant Melkumyan ended their matches in a tie. Now our male players are on the 4th place.

The women’s team played draw with Azerbaijan. Elina Danielyan lost, Lilith Mkrtchyan secured a victory. Their points shared Lilith Galoyan and Maria Kursova. Among women leads the Russian team, Armenia placed 10th. The European Team Chess Championship ends in two rounds.
