The National Olympic Committee of Armenia is building a sports center in Gyumri with the funding provided by President Gagilk Tsarukyan.
“A modern sports center is being constructing in Gyumri now (3000 square meters) which will have wrestling, boxing, weightlifting, sambo and judo halls as well as a hotel and a canteen. The construction is financed by NOC’s President Gagik Tsarukyan. I think it will be put in operation next year,” said the Secretary General of the NOC of Armenia, Hrachya Rostomyan, to reporters.
