Judoka Gaspar Hayrapetyan - European Judo Cup silver medalist

The Cadet European Judo Cup has kicked off in Tver, Russia.

In the first day of the competition athletes of 50 kg, 55 kg, 60 kg and 66 kg weight classes competed.
Armenia judo cadet team member Gaspar Hayrapetyan (50kg) became a silver medalist of the Cadet European Judo Cup losing to Russia’s Georgi Tretyakov in the finals. Before reaching the finals the Armenian judoka had won 4 fights.

On April 3 athletes of 73 kg, 81 kg, 90 kg and 90+ kg weight classes will come out.

Armenia takes part in the European Judo Cup with 15 judokas.
