Vladimir Margaryan: I was ready to fight to the end

Armenia's boxing team member, participant of the Olympic Games Vladimir Margaryan thinks that he was ready for the fight against the Olympic champion.

''I'm fine but I feel bad because the bout got a wrong course. My opponent wasn't so strong despite being an Olympic champion. I wasn't even thinking that I was fighting against an Olympic champion. I was ready to fight to the end. I had got the injury during the first bout and it was impossible to heal the wound in two days,'' Margaryan stressed.

Given doctors' decision Vladimir Margaryan due to the eyebrow opening was knocked out of the first round of the second bout of the Olympic Games.
